As part of the Paymex Group we have access to a network of leading debt solution companies that have collectively helped over 140,000 people in tough financial situations.

Through our sister company Baines & Ernst, you could benefit from one of the following services:

• Debt Relief Order (DRO): This is an alternative to Bankruptcy and is available to people with low disposable incomes. The service is provided by Baines & Ernst for free; however a fee of £90 is required by the Insolvency Service.
• Debt Management Plan (DMP): This allows people to repay debts at a rate they can afford. Money is distributed to creditors included in the DMP every month – helping to reduce pressure surrounding debt repayments.
• Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA): This is a legally binding agreement that can help people pay and write off debt and typically lasts for a period of 5 years.
